Success Story: Kazakhmys Copper
One of our most successful installations involves Kazakhmys Copper Smelter in Kazakhstan, using a Diemme filter press for copper concentrate dewatering. The original cloth required full-frame glue sealing to prevent leakage and achieve 7–8% moisture content.
After switching to our 850 g/m² PP filter cloth, no gluing was needed — yet the same low moisture rate was achieved, plus 300 extra filtration cycles per cloth, reducing downtime and replacement frequency. This demonstrates our fabric’s superior sealing, strength, and process compatibility.
