Our manufacturing system is supported by two core production bases with clearly defined specializations:
Nanjing Production Base – Dedicated to the manufacturing of automatic filter bag production equipment, including advanced sewing systems and complete automated production lines
Yongkang Production Base – Focused on the development and manufacturing of customized automatic welding equipment, designed to meet diverse industrial applications and non-standard requirements
This dual-base structure enables us to combine high-efficiency standardized production with flexible high-end customization, allowing us to effectively meet a wide range of customer needs.
Building on this foundation, the company is currently planning and establishing a third production base in Ningbo, which will focus on the development and manufacturing of high-end and special customized automation equipment. This new facility will be dedicated to complex processes, non-standard automation, and full-line integration projects, further strengthening our capabilities in handling technically demanding applications.

Our tubing line typically operates at 10–12.5 meters per minute, depending on material type and tube specifications. Even under full production load, the speed remains stable with consistent tube quality.
