(KABORY) specializes in the design and manufacturing of advanced automation equipment for the filtration industry, providing integrated solutions for both dry and liquid filtration manufacturing. With over 15 years of experience in filtration manufacturing and industrial automation, we combine an in-depth understanding of filtration production processes with continuous innovation in automated sewing, welding, cutting, sealing, and material handling technologies.
Our goal is clear: to help filtration manufacturers reduce labor dependence, improve production efficiency and product consistency, and build more reliable and stable manufacturing processes. Our manufacturing and engineering capabilities are currently supported by two specialized production bases:
Nanjing Production Base – Filter Bag Automation
Dedicated to the development and manufacturing of automatic filter bag production equipment, including high-speed sewing systems, automatic tubing lines, filter bag assembly equipment, and integrated production solutions.
Yongkang Production Base – Welding Automation
Focused on the development and manufacturing of automatic and customized welding systems for filtration components and other industrial applications, with strong capabilities in non-standard automation and process-specific engineering.

2What is the standard production speed? Can it maintain high speed under full load?
Our tubing line typically operates at 10–12.5 meters per minute, depending on material type and tube specifications. Even under full production load, the speed remains stable with consistent tube quality.
3What materials are compatible with your tubing line?
The tubing line is compatible with a wide range of materials, including needle felts,polyester/PPS/ACRYLIC/META-ARAMID/P84 PTFE-laminated fabrics, and fiberglass fabrics. Minor adjustments may be needed when switching between different fabric types.
