Support Scrim for Needle Felt Production

Product Overview
Support scrim plays a foundational role in the manufacturing of needle-punched filter felts. It provides the mechanical strength and dimensional stability necessary to endure the rigors of demanding filtration environments. Our scrims are engineered with high-performance industrial yarns and precisely woven to ensure optimal bonding with various fiber types during the needling process.

Advanced Manufacturing Platform
To ensure top-quality scrim production, we have imported state-of-the-art wide-width high-speed projectile looms (Picano) and biaxial warp knitting machines. These have been systematically modified to better suit the weaving demands of industrial textiles. Working in collaboration with leading domestic machinery manufacturers, we developed precision warping machines specifically designed for industrial fabrics — this effectively solves the tension uniformity challenge, ensuring flat fabric surfaces and eliminating selvedge looseness or tightness.

We’ve also integrated a patented external winding system for neater fabric rolls, with maximum roll diameters up to 1.5 meters. Raw material quality is equally critical — we work closely with top domestic specialty yarn spinners to guarantee fiber quality from the source. These collective innovations are designed with one goal: to help customers improve production stability, enhance product quality, and maximize profitability.
